Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. General Framework and Legal Applicability

1.1. These Promotional Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Promotional Terms”) constitute a supplementary legal instrument to the General Terms and Conditions of NexaCore Entertainment N.V. (the “Company”).

1.2. By electing to participate in any promotional activity, incentive program, or bonus scheme offered by the Company, the User (hereinafter the “Player”) confirms their unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1.3. Any specific conditions attached to an individual promotion (e.g., a “Welcome Offer” or “Reload Bonus”) shall be read in conjunction with these General Promotional Terms. In the event of a direct conflict, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

1.4. The Company is a regulated entity under the laws of Curaçao (License No. 365/JAZ) and operates these promotions within the strict boundaries of fair gaming and anti-fraud protocols.

2. Eligibility and Participation Criteria

2.1. Participation is restricted to natural persons who have attained the age of 18 years or the age of majority in their specific jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

2.2. The “Single Incentive” Policy: Promotions are intended for recreational use only. Every offer is limited to one (1) per:

• Unique user account;

• Residential household;

• IP address;

• Email address;

• Phone number;

• Payment method (e.g., a specific credit card or E-wallet ID).

  2.3. The Company reserves the right to conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on any Player prior to the crediting of a high-value bonus or the processing of winnings derived from such an incentive.

3. Bonus Mechanics and Activation

3.1. Opt-in Requirement: Most incentives require an explicit “Opt-in” via the user interface or the entry of a specific alphanumeric “Promo Code” during the deposit phase.

3.2. Qualifying Deposits: Unless otherwise specified, the minimum deposit required to trigger a percentage-based bonus is €20 (or currency equivalent).

3.3. Separation of Funds: Upon activation, funds are categorized into “Real Money Balance” and “Bonus Money Balance.”

* Wagers are first deducted from the Real Money Balance.

* Once the Real Money Balance reaches zero, wagers are deducted from the Bonus Money Balance.

3.4. Bonuses are considered “Non-Sticky” unless the specific terms state that the deposit and bonus are linked for the duration of the wagering requirement.

4. Wagering Requirements (The Playthrough Protocol)

4.1. To ensure the integrity of the ecosystem, all bonuses are subject to a Wagering Multiplier.

4.2. The standard wagering requirement is 40x (forty times) the bonus amount.

> Mathematical Example: A Player receives a €100 Bonus. To convert this into withdrawable cash, the Player must place valid wagers totaling €4,000 (€100 x 40).

4.3. Winnings generated from “Free Spins” are credited to the Bonus Balance and must also be wagered 40x before conversion to the Real Money Balance.

4.4. A withdrawal request initiated before the completion of the wagering requirements will result in the immediate and irreversible forfeiture of the entire Bonus Balance and any pending winnings.

5. Game Weighting and Contribution Scales

Different game categories contribute varying percentages toward the fulfillment of wagering requirements:

5.1. Zero-Contribution Games: A specific list of high-volatility or “collectible-feature” games (e.g., Castle Builder II, Scrooge, Stardust) are excluded from wagering. Playing these games with an active bonus will not decrease the wagering requirement.

6. Maximum Stake Restrictions (Max Bet)

6.1. To mitigate financial risk and prevent systematic exploitation, the Company enforces a Maximum Stake Rule.

6.2. While a bonus is active, the maximum allowed wager is €5 (or currency equivalent) per game round or spin.

6.3. This limit includes “Bonus Buys,” “Feature Drops,” and “Gamble” features within slots. Any wager exceeding this threshold is considered a breach of contract, resulting in the nullification of the bonus.

7. Maximum Conversion Limits (Cashout Caps)

7.1. No-Deposit Incentives: For rewards granted without a required deposit (e.g., “Sign-up Spins”), the maximum withdrawable amount is capped at €50.

7.2. Complimentary Rewards: For loyalty-based gifts, the cap is 5x the bonus value, unless otherwise specified for VIP tiers.

7.3. Any balance remaining after the cap has been applied will be permanently removed from the account at the time of the withdrawal request.

8. Anti-Abuse and “Irregular Play” Definitions

The Company employs sophisticated monitoring tools to detect “Irregular Play.” This includes, but is not limited to:

8.1. Strategy Shift: Placing high-value bets on high-weight games (Slots) and then switching to low-value bets on low-weight games (Table Games) after a significant win.

8.2. Low-Risk Wagering: Covering more than 67% of the outcomes in Roulette or similar even-money betting strategies.

8.3. Delayed Bonus Triggering: Initiating a bonus feature within a game, then exiting and returning to complete the feature after the bonus wagering has expired or been cancelled.

8.4. Bonus Stacking: Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously to bypass wagering constraints.

9. Temporal Validity and Expiration

9.1. Unless stated otherwise, a Bonus Balance remains active for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.

9.2. Free Spins must be utilized within 48 hours of being credited to the account.

9.3. If the wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the remaining Bonus Balance and all associated winnings will be automatically debited from the account.

10. Verification and Payout Security

10.1. No winnings derived from a bonus will be released until the Player has completed the full Know Your Customer (KYC) protocol.

10.2. The Company reserves the right to audit all gameplay logs for a period of up to 7 business days before approving a withdrawal stemming from promotional funds.

11. Final Legal Provisions

11.1. The Company’s decision in all matters related to promotions is final and binding.

11.2. These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. In the event of linguistic discrepancies, the English version of this document is the sole legally binding version.
